If your doctor's note is rejected by your school, employer, or other institution, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply reach out to our support team with evidence of the rejection within 7 days of receiving your note.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@onlinemedcare.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your issue. We aim to resolve refund requests within 2–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
